Cheese Toasts – Much Better Than Garlic Bread

These Cheese Toasts are much better than garlic bread! Looks great on a buffet table and goes with anything. Wonderful cheese toasted bread!

Can be prepared the day before if wrapped in foil, if they get a little saturated overnight, it’s ok, makes them even better!

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese is best, of course, but in a pinch, I’ve used the jarred stuff from the grocery and it worked out OK.

The mayo and the cayenne pepper add the uniqueness to this dish. Don’t leave it out!

There are a lot of ingredients but the cookies actually come together fairly quickly.

The effort is worth it. These cookies are outstanding!

You can, of course, also serve them right out of the oven after they rest for 10 minutes

My family just loves them and they are just so easy to put together. They are the perfect cheesy cookie to serve at parties or get-togethers.

Paula Deen’s Crabbies Appetizer

Paula Deen’s Crabbies Appetizer is a great make-ahead appetizer that freezes well. Another easy to make great recipe from Paula Deen.

They taste like I remember them from family Christmas parties past.

When ready to serve frozen just take them out of the freezer, put them on a pan, added a little salt, and broil them. No thawing necessary. They turn out great.

You really have to watch them under the broiler, though. They can easily burn if you get distracted.

French Dip Roast Beef Sandwiches

These French Dip Roast Beef Sandwiches have a secret ingredient and they are a hit with everybody that tries them. Extremely tender and flavorful.

This recipe makes great French Dip sandwiches! I like the fact that the au juice is not as salty as a lot of recipes I’ve tried.

I think one of the reasons it comes out so delicious is the secret ingredient…Beer

This recipe works well cooked in the crockpot. (Gotta love that crockpot!!) The beef is very tender and the au jus is especially flavorful.

Juicy tender beef and very flavorful au juice… What more can you ask for in a French Dip Sandwich?

Apple Bread – Better Than Five Star

This Apple Bread is a five star and more recipe! One of the best sweet breads I’ve ever had. Moist, sweet, lots of tart apples to cut the sweetness…

I can’t even adequately describe how great this is.

Even better with some cinnamon sugar on top. Adds a nice cinnamony crunch.

Definitely try this – it’ll be devoured by everyone within reach of it. Double the recipe, like I did – you’ll be glad you have extra on hand.
