Steak with Blue Cheese Butter

Steak with Blue Cheese Butter is unbelievable! I never would have thought that store-bought ingredients would come together so well.

The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the butter was to die for.

A simple and easy recipe that is big on flavor. The blue cheese adds a really delicious flavor to the steak.

Honestly, you just have to try this recipe. If you are not a lover of blue cheese, you can get milder versions of blue cheese.

Grilled Chicken Wings – Better Make Extras!

These Grilled Chicken Wings are positively scrumptious and so easy. There is NO way you’re going to have leftovers! Try to make extras.

If you bite into one of these hot off the grill the rest may not make it into the house!

I took a couple over to the neighbors and they almost bit my fingers off to get them!

The marinade is simply wonderful and so easy. I marinated the wings for 6 hours to overnight. I also use 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger finely grated instead of ground ginger.

Make extras because they are just as good cold the next day.

Grilled T-Bone Steaks – Perfect Marinade

Grilled T-Bone Steaks are my favorite but this is an excellent marinade for any steak. The flavor is just wonderful. In fact it’s the BEST marinade for all types of beef. T-bones come out perfect. Very tender with a wonderful flavor.

After having this marinade you’ll stop ordering steaks at restaurants. They just can’t stand up!

I even make it to take camping. All of the other campsites are jealous when they smell our meat barbecuing!

Worlds Best Grilled Steak – Family Certified!

Worlds Best Grilled Steak! AMAZING! My family applauded. Tender juicy marinated steaks on the grill are one of life’s pleasures.

This is the best marinade I have ever come across.

It is the perfect blend of flavors and it leaves the meat tender without being overpowering.

I find it works best with New York strip steaks. They are the perfect thickness to soak up all the flavor!

This will be a regular at my table because it’s so easy.

Not only are they very easy to make but they are also very flavorful.

I usually like really spicy food and these were not so spicy, but still so tasty. (Can always throw some cayenne in there next time!)

Definitely a keeper, and I repeat; so easy to make.

Grilled Garlic Pork Tenderloin

People, this Grilled Garlic Pork Tenderloin is exceptional!! This is the best recipe I’ve ever tried for pork tenderloin. The flavor is so magnificent you MUST try this without changing a thing.

The fresh ginger really stands out in the dish. The marinating could be done for a shorter time, but I love the flavor it gets after sitting that long.

If you can’t grill it for some reason bake it for 40 minutes at 350 and broil it for 5 minutes longer to brown well. Excellent.

Steak And Chicken Kabobs – Delish On A Stick!

I think you’ll love this Steak and Chicken Kabobs recipe! Very good. I really like the flavor of the meat and veggies combination. This is very easy to prepare and the crunchier veggies are a bonus!

Of course, all chicken or all beef is yummy, too, and sometimes I just use whatever peppers I have on hand.

You'll really enjoy this Steak And Chicken Kabobs recipe. The combination of ingredients is superb!

Course: Main Course
Cuisine: American

Servings: 6
Calories: 305 kcal
Ingredients
Ingredients
  • 3 ⁄4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 ⁄2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 -4 chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 lb chuck steak cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 lb chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 white onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • skewer
Instructions
Directions
  1. Combine sherry, soy sauce, oil, garlic, green onion, and ginger in a 1 gallon zipper bag. Squish to combine.
  2. Add meat, peppers, and onion. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, overnight is better.
  3. Soak bamboo skewers, or use metal ones.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  5. Alternate skewering meat and veggies until all ingredients are used up.
  6. Place kabobs on grill, turning every two minutes to desired doneness.

FYI – the peppers and onions will remain crisp tender. If you leave the kabobs on until the veggies are soft, your meat will be way overdone! If you prefer softer grilled veggies, make separate kabobs for meat and veggies so the veggies can cook longer.

Also, if you want your beef medium rare, make separate kabobs for the beef and the chicken. Be creative!
