Easy Chicken Noodle Soup – So Yummy!

Yummy and easy! This is my go-to recipe for Easy Chicken Noodle Soup. Sometimes I add about 3 cloves of garlic, but it’s still yummy without.

Change the noodles to any type or mixture you like.

Ditalini, stars, or alphabet makes the kiddo’s happy. They love the soup and enjoy “playing” with the letters and numbers.

Southern Fried Chicken Livers

I get hungry for Southern Fried Chicken Livers once or twice a year, and I like the flavor of them sauteed in bacon grease!

However, you can saute them in whatever you prefer!

This recipe has the right amount of seasoning mix. Definitely the healthiest way to get my chicken liver fix.

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Baked Chicken Breasts – Easy And Healthy

These Baked Chicken Breasts are so easy and tasty. After 30 minutes in my oven, the chicken comes out moist and very flavorful. Great diet recipe!

No skin and boneless, yummy!

Boneless skinless chicken breasts are about the most healthy meat protein you can eat.

But when the skin and bone are not present breasts can be somewhat bland. However, just the addition of a few spices and a good cooking technique will really perk up a dish.

That’s the case with this recipe. Not only is it healthy but it’s quick and easy and just downright good!

Very good for a healthy weeknight meal.

  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • flavoring of choice (see below)
  • 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves each cut crosswise into 8 to 9 strips (about 6 large)
  • 1 quart canola oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
Classic Flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Maryland-Style Flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
Curry Flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
Cumin Flavoring
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl or shallow baking dish, mix the honey, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and flavoring of choice into the buttermilk. Add the chicken and turn to coat.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Heat the oil in a large (12-inch) skillet over high heat until it reaches 375 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the flour and 1 tablespoon salt in a doubled paper bag (I've also used a large Ziploc bag). Drop about 8 chicken strips into the flour, close the bag, and shake to coat the chicken. Place the chicken pieces on a wire rack set over a baking sheet (or newspaper for easy cleanup). Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  4. Working in 4 batches, drop the chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning if necessary to ensure even browning, about 3 minutes.

Easiest Chicken Dinner Ever – So Easy!

Very simple and fast and everybody loves it. This Easiest Chicken Dinner Ever is just dump and cook! Prep time is less than 5 minutes.

Plus there’s only one pan to clean!

You need to use Rotel which is tomatoes and green chilis. If serving to kiddies get the mild Rotel. If you just use regular canned tomatoes it will be bland.

You really need to use the tenders NOT chicken breasts for it to be the best. You could also add some onion but I omit because the less prep the better.
