Outback Steak House Lettuce Wedge Salad

I simply adore this copycat recipe for Outback Steak House Lettuce Wedge Salad. It’s sooooo good! I think it’s better than Outbacks.

Outback wedge salads are generously layered on top of the iceberg wedge with crispy bacon bits, sweet red onion, and juicy tomatoes.

This classic combination of flavors in this wedge salad recipe never fails to satisfy.

The toasted pecans are an optional item on the menu but they just make the salad to me!

The dressing is superb! I think I’ve found my new salad and dressing!!!

A great way to jazz up tater tots. Nice little side dish!

Crispy Fish Fillets

Very nice. Very mild. Very crispy.

You can use different seasonings but it’s the potato flakes that make all the difference. The fish browns up so nice and crisp.

I used a tilapia, and it was just about the best tilapia I’ve ever made.

Here are the ingredients and the instructions to make the perfect Gourmet Cheeseburger Recipe! Although it may not be the healthiest. Use the best burger meat for moistness and flavor.

Gourmet Cheeseburger Recipe

This is too easy to make and adds a whole new definition of burger.

Be sure to Like Foodgasm Recipes on Facebook for more great recipes.

Gourmet Cheeseburger Recipe – Starting With The Basics
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon mustard regular or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb  best burger meat
Instructions
  1. Lightly oil your grill & heat BBQ to medium.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl and add the next 6 ingredients.
  3. Crumble in the beef and, using your hands or a fork, gently mix together. Handle the meat as little as possible – the more you work it, the tougher it gets.
  4. Gently shape (don’t firmly press) the mixture into burgers about ¾ inch thick.
  5. Using your thumb, make a shallow depression in the center of each burger to prevent puffing up during cooking.
  6. Place the burgers on the grill, close the lid and BBQ until NO LONGER PINK INSIDE, turning once, about 6 – 8 minutes per side.
  7. An instant read thermometer should read 160F.
  8. Don't abuse your burgers by pressing with a spatula, pricking with a fork or turning frequently as precious juices will be lost!
  9. Tuck into a warm crusty bun & add your favorite toppings.

Enjoy!

Bacon Pasta – Better Than Olive Garden

Wow, bacon pasta! Who knew? But then anything with bacon, cream, and cheese has got to be a hit! Tastes better than something from Olive Garden.

Not only does it have great flavor but it’s also very easy to make!

The sauce turns out so rich and creamy and the bacon just makes this extra, extra yummy. Very rich but worth it.

The bacon makes it salty enough so make sure to taste it before seasoning.
