They are extremely rich and not for people with a fear of chocolate and peanut butter (if those people actually exist)!!! Very easy no bake 5 ingredient recipe!

Amazingly delicious! Super-easy to put together. They taste exactly like Reese’s when you eat them at room temperature.

If you eat them right out of the fridge, the texture isn’t quite right. (Well, unless you usually refrigerate your Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, I guess.)

These would be a great addition to Holiday plates for family and friends.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar 3 to 3 1/2 cups
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 12 ounce bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Combine graham crumbs, sugar and peanut butter and mix well. Blend in the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler. Spread over the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Chill until just set and cut into bars (these are very hard to cut if the chocolate gets "rock hard".)

Perfect Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13" pan.
  2. Melt shortening in a large saucepan over low heat, then stir in cocoa. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix in sugar and vanilla then mix in eggs one at a time. Stir in the remaining ingredients then stir in nuts.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool completely, before cutting into 2x2" squares.

Something else that’s amazing is the versatility. You can use any flavor jam you like and you have a different coffee cake. Even pie filling works. I’ve tried cherry pie filling and it’s out of this world good!

Vary the nuts. Use walnuts or almonds for the pecans. Make it lite by using low fat ingredients. So versatile!

Ingredients
  • 2 1 ⁄4 cups flour
  • 3 ⁄4 cup sugar
  • 3 ⁄4 cup butter
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ⁄4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ⁄4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 ⁄4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and 3/4 cup sugar. Using pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
  3. To the remaining crumb mixture, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, almond extract, and 1 egg. Blend well.
  4. Spread the batter over the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of a greased and floured 9 inch spring form pan. The Batter should be about 1/4 inch thick on the sides.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 egg. Blend well.
  6. Pour into the batter lined pan.
  7. Spoon the jam over the cream cheese mixture. In a small bowl, combine the reserved crumbs and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over the jam.
  8. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.

Tips and Tidbits About This Rich and Moist Banana Bread

This recipe needs no improvement but it’s nice to add a sprinkle of brown sugar on the top before baking… really adds a little extra without being too sweet.

You can change the shape and still use the same recipe. I actually use this recipe to make muffins.

If you want to venture out you can use this recipe and just add in some stuff. I think chocolate chips or dried cranberries are good.

  • 1 18 1/4 ounce box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over cake batter then swirl into batter with a knife. The more you swirl, the more combined it will be so don't over-swirl otherwise the cinnamon/sugar will not be swirly.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. For icing combine milk with icing sugar and mix thoroughly. Pour over slightly cooled (10-15 minutes on cooling rack) cake.

  • 36 Oreo Cookies divided
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 4 pkg. 8 oz. each Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tub 8 oz. cool whip whipped topping, thawed

  1. Chop 15 cookies coarsely for the filling.

No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 16 ounces marshmallows
  • 2 regular size keebler ready graham pie crusts save plastic as cover
Instructions
  1. In med-large bowl mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and set aside.
  2. On stove top melt stick of butter and mix in marshmallows little at a time until smooth.
  3. Quickly add marshmallow mix into the sour cream/cream cheese mix and quickly mix those together.
  4. Pour equal amount of cheesecake into each of the ready pie crusts. Cover the pies with the plastic that came with the pie. Place in fridge overnight.
  5. Once pie is firm you may top with cherry pie filling or any other fruit you may want to top pie with.

  • 1 12 ounce Butterscotch Flavored Morsels (2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 lbs tart apples peeled and diced
Topping
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 stick
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3/4 cup quick oats or 3/4 cup old fashioned oats uncooked
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butterscotch morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Place apples in a 13x9 inch baking pan-sprinkle morsel mixture over the apples.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. To make the topping, combine the flour and brown sugar; cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives till mixture is crumbly.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  5. To make the frosting: Cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth; add the icing sugar and beat until creamy.

This Cheesecake Factory Copycat Key Lime Cheesecake is very creamy and really close to the original.

The crust is one of the best tasting graham cracker crusts I have ever made and it did not get soggy at all.

The consistency and texture are truly outstanding. I’m not a fan of the thicker, “dryer” texture of a New York-style cheesecake and this is not like that at all, it is so smooth and creamy and silky!

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs crushed (approximately 2 sleeves)
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Ingredients for the filling
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup trader Joe's key lime juice
Instructions
  1. In 9 or 10 inch spring form pan, combine crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press evenly over bottom of pan and halfway up sides. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes, no longer.
  2. Cream room temperature cream cheese well, add sugar, and cream until smooth, scraping sides and bottom of bowl frequently to integrate any cream cheese lumps.
  3. Cream in sour cream, eggs, flour and vanilla. When smooth once more, stir in lime juice.
  4. Pour over prepared crust. Return to 375 oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Lower temperature to 250 and continue baking 50 minutes for 10 inch pan, 55 minutes for 9 inch pan.
  6. Cool on wire rack IN PAN for 20 minutes. Run a sharp knife around edge to loosen cheesecake, but do NOT remove from pan.
  7. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.

May be garnished with sweetened whipped cream, lime zest, or both.
