This grilled BBQ Pork Chop Recipe will work on gas or charcoal grills. My personal preference is charcoal. Either way this recipe makes tender and tasty BBQ pork chops your whole family will love.
Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
8 thin cut pork chops
Place the honey, orange juice, vinegar, wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, tarragon, and mustard in a large resealable plastic bag.
Slash the fatty edge of each chop in about three places without cutting into the meat to prevent the pork chops from curling during cooking. Place the pork chops in the plastic bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Overnight is better as they will absorb more flavor.
Preheat your grill for high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the chops on the grill and discard marinade.
Cook the pork chops for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or to desired doneness.
Watch your pork chops carefully while grilling. Because of the honey they can burn on the edges pretty quickly. A small price to pay for this delicious grilled BBQ Pork Chop Recipe.
