In a heavy sauce pan add…

Cover eggs with cold tap water. Place on store top and bring to a boil on high-heat. Boil eggs for one (1) minute. Remove pan from heat. Cover with tight fitting pan lid for twenty (20) minutes. After 20 minutes pour hot water off eggs. Rinse and cover eggs with cool tap water (this will stop the eggs from cooking more) while tranferring to a dry towel.
To remove egg from shell…
Tap to crack the egg on a hard surface several times. Roll egg back and forth in the palm of your hands or on a flat surface to loosen egg from its shell. Slowly peel shell from egg. Rinse eggs in cool water before cutting in half or eating.
