Holiday Ham Balls

The holidays are deadly to a diet because of things like these Holiday Ham Balls! You can just keep popping one into your mouth every time you pass by till you have accidental eaten them all.

Holiday Ham Balls

They are fabulous. The result reminds me of a restaurant chain’s cheddar biscuits, and yet different, too.

I used leftover ham from Thanksgiving and served them with ballpark mustard.
