Ingredients
Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine melted
Filling
  • 4 8 ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
Topping
  • 1 21 ounce can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
Make the crust.
  1. Combine the crumbs, sugar and melted margarine in a bowl; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes; remove from the oven and turn the oven temperature up to 450F.
Make the filling.
  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and flour with an electric mixer at medium speed until well mixed. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  2. At slow speed, blend in the sour cream and vanilla; pour into crust.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 250F and bake for one hour more.
  4. Remove from the oven and loosen the cake from the rim of the pan but do not remove rim of the pan until completely cool.
  5. Chill; top servings with pie filling if desired.
