Beef short Ribs are browned and then slow cooked for 9 hours with a brown sugar/vinegar sauce until tender. Delicious served over rice!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef short ribs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Put the flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Add the ribs and shake to coat. Brown the ribs in butter in a large skillet.
- Place the ribs in a slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring.
- Pour over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
