Crock Pot Beef Short Ribs
Beef short Ribs are browned and then slow cooked for 9 hours with a brown sugar/vinegar sauce until tender. Delicious served over rice!

Put the flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Add the ribs and shake to coat. Brown the ribs in butter in a large skillet.

Place the ribs in a slow cooker.

In the same skillet, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring.
