Simple Chocolate Chess Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 squares bittersweet chocolate melted (cooled)
- 1/2 cup butter melted (cooled)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pie crust 9 inch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º. Prick the pie crust and par- bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat the eggs well. Add the sugar and beat again. Add the milk, vanilla, chocolate and butter.
- Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until the pie begins to crack on the top.
