Parmesan Chips are a great low-carb snack that is just sooo very easy to make. I like them on a Caesar salad, or just to nibble on their own. Great football watching snacks!
I’ve made these with Parmesan and Asiago cheese both equally good.
I haven’t tried it yet but I think it would be nice to add some chili powder or cumin to these. Next time I make them I’ll try that.

A quick and easy cheese snack that's great for TV time or any time!
- 12 -24 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a cookie sheet and with a paper towel and wipe most off, leaving only a very thin film.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of grated cheese on cookie sheet and pat down to a circle. Place chips 2" apart.
- Bake 4-5 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning. Remove from the oven when the edges just barely start to brown.
- Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes.
These will stay fresh for days in plastic bags.
