Alton Brown’s White Trash – Delicious!

Alton Brown’s White Trash will definitely be on my menu for games during football season! Great during the holidays too!!!

Alton once posted this on his website and said that he always cranks out a bushel or two of it during the holidays.

He also said “Dole this stuff out carefully. It is highly habit-forming.”

I totally agree and for this reason, have no earthly idea how many servings it makes! Depends on how much you can eat!

LOL Especially good to anyone who likes the salty-sweet combination.

Yum! So different and SO GOOD!!! Very easy to make

Not like your usual Brownie. The best thing about them is the cream cheese/cake mix texture variation, which you don’t normally get with the standard one-texture brownies.

14-Carat Carrot Cake

This 14-Carat Carrot Cake is just like the cake that one of our local restaurants serves (they claim it’s the best in the United States).

No, there aren’t 14 carrots in it–only two, but this carrot cake with pineapple and pecans and a cream cheese frosting–worth every cent!

This recipe is the best! It is from a Junior League Cookbook.
