Mom’s Special Chocolate Cake. So nice to visit my childhood memories! My mom used to make this all of the time! She would just use a double boiler frosting instead of the cream cheese.
I’m going to have to try it with the cream cheese! Oh what wonderful memories!
Sauerkraut is the surprise ingredient and it makes this cake moist and delicious! If you don’t tell anybody what’s in it they will never know. Tastes kind of like a chocolate coconut cake.
