Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin is one of my favorite ways to cook tenderloin because it makes it pull apart so easily and melt in your mouth.
Crockpots have many functions, not only do they help cook for us while we are busy at work or running errands, but they also make the house smell so wonderful.
This amazing kitchen tool makes meats very juicy and tender from slow cooking all day.
Pork can easily overcook and dry out so I love this method for a foolproof way to get the juiciest meat every time.

This is my favorite way to cook pork tenderloin!
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin I use two small tenderloins
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 3 Tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Put crockpot on low. Add marinade ingredients together and mix. Place tenderloin in the crockpot and pour the marinade over the meat.
- Cook on low for about 5 hours. I turned the meat over a few times while it was cooking so it got more of the flavor from the marinade. But if you just leave it, that is great too.
The sauce that is left after cooking is great over the meat and over the rice if you serve rice.
I served mine with rice and asparagus.
Enjoy!
