Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 10 ounces tomato rice soup
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef.
- Chop the onion and add to the ground beef. Cook until the onion becomes nearly clear.
- Add salt and pepper (and minced garlic if you desire) while the onion is cooking.
- Pour in the can of soup and 1/2 can of water. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
