3 ½poundpork roast
½cupbeef broth
2cupsBob Evans Wildfire BBQ Sauce
1medium yellow onionchopped
3clovesgarlicpeeled and chopped
1tablespoonchili powder
1tablespoonskosher salt
1tablespoonground black pepper
12hamburger buns
Instructions
Mix together the chili powder, kosher salt and black pepper Season the pork roast with all of the spices.
Put the chopped onion and the chopped garlic in the bottom of a slow cooker or crockpot. Put the seasoned roast on top of the onions.
Whisk together the barbecue sauce and beef broth. Pour the mixture over the meat, cover the pot, and cook on low for 6 hours.
The meat should be tender enough to shred with a fork. Take apart all the meat, then mix it with the cooking juices. Pile the shredded meat on the buns and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
