Cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and cover 12 minutes. Pour off the hot water and cover in ice water until cool to touch. Peel and slice the eggs lengthwise.

Gently pop out the yolks into a bowl. Smash the yolks with a fork and mix in the remaining ingredients.

Spoon or pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves.

Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
