The first step to prepare this recipe you need to preheat oven to 425 F
And then next step you need to spread ONE can of chili & beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Roll up franks inside tortillas and then place in a baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and beans.
Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, then bake at 425 F for about 30 minutes.
