Quick and Easy Potato Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and chunked
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced thin
  • 1 can bean with bacon soup

Instructions

  1. In dutch oven bring the veggies and water to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 10 minutes until the veggies are almost tender.
  2. Add the kielbasa and bean soup. Heat until piping hot.
  3. Serve with crusty bread.

Works well in the crockpot too!
