
A quick and easy dinner recipe for the family.
In a dutch oven, brown the potatoes, kielbasa, onion, and peppers in oil. Add the seasonings and chicken stock or water. Bring to a boil.
Cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes on low, stirring occasionally. Uncover and continue cooking until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
Add the cheddar cheese to the top and cook until the cheese has melted.
