Very easy in crock-pot dinner of meat and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 pound potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 pound sausages skinned and halved
  • 1 large can baked beans
  • 1/2 pound button mushrooms halved
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons chili powder or to personal taste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2/3 cup water
  • salt and pepper to personal taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and saute the onion and potatoes gently for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and bring to the boil.

  2. Transfer to crock-pot.

  3. Cook on low for 6- 10 hours until the sausages and potatoes are cooked through (time really depends on your crock-pot).
