Put the frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Whisk together the Italian dressing and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce and stir.

Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover the pot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
