8chicken breastslegs or thighs
1package(6 ounces) wild rice and long grain rice mix
2cans10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
4large carrots
1 1/2cupschicken broth
kosher salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Peel the carrots and cut them in thick slices.
Whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Stir in the wild and regular rice blend, with the seasoning packet if you wish.
Season the chicken with the kosher salt and black pepper, then lay them in the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour the soup and rice mixture over the chicken and top with the sliced carrots.
Cover the slow cooker and turn the heat to low. Cook for 7 to 8 hours.
