Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut the chicken wings into three sections and save the wing tips for making chicken stock. Place the wings on a rack inside a foil lined half sheet pan.

Bake the wings at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes or until the juices run clear.

In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce into a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add the baked chicken wings to the slow cooker. Drizzle with the remaining sauce.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
