Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9X13 pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
