Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced asparagus
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in saute pan, add asparagus, garlic, and spices, cook for 5 minutes. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  2. Stir in wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve.
