Pork steaks are a nice change from pork chops. Especially when they are grilled juicy and tender!
Barbecue Pork Recipe
4pork blade steaks1 to 1 ½ -inches thick
1teaspoongranulated garlic or garlic powder
Kosher salt and ground black pepper.
Light a charcoal barbecue or heat a gas grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grate.
Whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic.
Season the pork steaks with the kosher salt and ground black pepper. Grill the meat about 8 minutes per side, then brush them with the sauce. Continue to cook about 5 minutes more, brushing frequently with the sauce on both sides. Serve hot.
