This is wonderful homemade cranberry sauce. I had no idea it would be so easy to make my own instead of eating the canned stuff!
Easy and fast cranberry sauce that beats canned every time. Orange juice adds a zest to it.
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice or 1 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil; simmer until berries pop.
Chill until ready to serve.
