2 pkg chocolate chip cookie dough, refrigerated
2 pkg cream cheese
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
12 large reese cups
Let the cream cheese and cookie dough soften. Preheat oven to 350. Grease pan.
Mix softened cream cheese, egg, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Should taste like cheesecake filling. Adjust powdered sugar and vanilla to taste if needed.
Place one layer of the chocolate chip cookie dough in the bottom of the pan and spread evenly.
Place the Reese’s Cups on top of the cookie dough.
Spread all of the cheesecake filling on top of the Reese’s Cups.
Place the second chocolate chip cookie dough layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Refrigerate until completely cooled before slicing. Overnight is best. (If you can wait that long!)
